Brand & Design Guide
The overarching vision and purpose of the University of Greenwich’s Strategy for 2030 ‘This is Our Time’ is the concept of ‘Education Without Boundaries’. Empowering students to make a difference, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, with equal intensity – in effect, a call to action: ’Empowering Students to Change the World’. For this to be achieved the combined energies and operations behind the university’s complex structures, need to be optimised, coordinated and focused on the pursuit of this singular objective.

#Brand before Building:
is a ‘customer-centric’ design approach that acknowledges the positive experience of the student customer is uppermost for the success of the accommodation offer. The formulation of strategies geared to achieving student satisfaction results in happier customers and, in turn, attract new ones (satisfied customers can become ambassadors) helping secure steady long-term income.
