Congratulations Elina!
In recognition of her terrific contribution to the practice, we are very pleased to announce the promotion of Elina Ceijere to Associate. Since joining GTH in 2021, Elina has led multiple projects for the practice, including Royal Exchange Buildings for DTZ, and refit/refurbishments to Ely Place and 78 New Oxford Street for Fairgate Investments.

Sensitive refurbishment in the heart of Mayfair
Construction works have now started on our project for Karach Property BV at 34 Grosvenor Street, London. This carefully considered re-presentation of the 8,000sq/ft Grade II* listed building – one of the finest houses of the Grosvenor Estate originally built for Richard Lissiman in 1725 – is due for completion in July 2024.

New HQ for the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
GTH/architects are excited to have been appointed by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in their forthcoming HQ relocation to Hardwick Street. The 11,000ssq/ft 6 floor project will include with conference facilities, members lounge and reading rooms.
