Francis Holland School

More style for the Sixth Form

We have worked for several years with this Independent School. It's central London sites with listed buildings create challenges in all directions. Squeezing more out of the buildings without compromising the renown community and educational experience, we have designed infill and updates for the interiors and classrooms. We are now delivering a new Sixth Form Centre and a revitalised attic area on their Regent's Park site.

The improved spaces will strengthen the sense of community identity for the groups and help prepare the students for independent working required at university.

The project proposed the replacement of the upper stories and spaces in the roof to create a special space for seminars and self directed learning with a unique character adding to the historic building some thing fresh but within the spirt of the original theatre below.
