Low carbon, CLT homes for north London…

This nine storey new build affordable housing scheme is constructed using a Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panel super structure set over a first floor reinforced concrete podium deck. The project necessitated extensive collaboration between team members in the use of Building Information Model (BIM) to coordinate structure, services and involved cladding before the manufacture of the CLT could commence.
