Technical Delivery

GTH Architects were appointed to take the project forward — reviewing the consented design in detail, resolving technical interfaces and aligning the architecture more closely with structural and M&E requirements. Our role was to safeguard the design intent while strengthening its practicality and commercial robustness.
Appointed post-planning, we resolved a number of technical and coordination challenges that remained open at consent stage, strengthening buildability and clarifying the architectural expression. In parallel, we carefully evolved the proposal to align with the client’s developing operational brief, ensuring the scheme is commercially robust, deliverable and ready for construction.

Working within the framework of the approved consent, we evolved the design to improve buildability, cost efficiency and long-term performance. Subsequent applications were prepared to refine aspects of the façade and simplify construction while maintaining the building’s distinctive character.
The result is a more resolved and confident building — retaining its strong roofline and urban rhythm, but underpinned by clearer detailing, improved coordination and greater construction certainty. GTH Architects are now leading the project through technical delivery to practical completion.
