A fit-out for a financial institution in London’s iconic Leadenhall Building. The 12 week programme involved Cat A modifications followed by a high quality fit-out over 17,000sq/ft. Works included the creation of a client facing investor lounge and business hub with coffee bar, feature ceilings and American black walnut joinery panelling to reception area and meeting suite.

BIM, was used to create a VR environment - allowing multiple stakeholders to remotely contribute to the development of the design via self directed walk throughs. This considerably improved the speed by which design sign-off could be achieved.
